The 2021 Circle of Victory Walk will be virtually held October 17th. Please watch your email and our facebook page for continued updates as we get closer to the walk.

Covid-19 Precautions and Requirements

Update 10/1/2021: Due to the increased COVID-19 transmission both locally and statewide, the walk scheduled for Sunday, October 17 will now be fully virtual. The decision was made to protect the health and safety of our volunteers, participants, and supporters. As many of you know, our organization falls under Kettering Health’s network of hospitals and every day we see first-hand the effects of the current transmission rates in our community. We discussed how we could possibly host this event in-person and maintain the highest level of safety for all involved and came to realize that the best way forward is to continue to protect the vulnerable population of cancer fighters and survivors that we constantly aim to serve.

In order to keep our staff and participants safe, we are closely monitoring the current pandemic situation. Our event is subject to change due to new information and recommendations that arise over the next few weeks. All changes will be communicated through email and on our Facebook page.

If you have any questions regarding our Covid-19 precautions, please contact us at gmfoundation@ketteringhealth.org.

Our Mission

The Greene Medical Foundation fosters community partnerships to advance Kettering Health's care facilities and help patients in Greene County, including at Greene Memorial Hospital located in Xenia, Ohio and at Soin Medical Center in Beavercreek, Ohio.

How We Help

The Circle of Victory Fund underwrites financial assistance and support for patients facing cancer in Greene County or receiving treatment at a Kettering Health facility. Since it's inception, Circle of Victory has helped hundreds of men, women, and children from across Greene County, not only helping underwrte cancer treatment, but also medication, wigs, prostheses, and other financial burdens borne by cancer patients. All funds stay local to help patients directly!
